My name is Betty and I live in Lunenberg, NS, Canada. I believe in Karen and this is my story.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in October of 2014. I would be troubled with MS symptoms for the years following my diagnosis.

I was scrolling through Facebook one day and saw this ad for Karen. I started reading down through the comments and was impressed by how this product was positively affecting people so I thought I’d give it a try. At this point, what did I have to lose?

I went down to my local drugstore, picked it up and the next morning, I started with just a little spoonful. After about four to five days, I noticed that I had this new energy and began sleeping better.

In addition to the new energy and better sleeping, I also became aware that when I was walking my dog, my legs were no longer weak when we’d go up the slightest hills. I no longer was resting at points just to make it up smallest inclines. It was an awesome feeling that I could only attribute to Karen.

I take it every morning before my coffee and it has just become part of my routine.

Just recently, in December of 2019, I was dealing with another health issue unrelated to my MS. I was extremely ill during this period and was not taking my Karen. When I was coming around and getting back to my normal morning routine, I again, started taking Karen. Within a few short days, I could feel the energy returning. I was feeling myself again.

I have been taking Karen for almost four years now and I would highly recommend it to anyone. It has really helped me especially with my MS symptoms. If you suffer from MS or RRMS (Relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis), I’d personally recommend it! It’s easy to purchase (local drugstore), organic, easy to mix, and I only take it once a day. It’s stored in a glass jar next to my coffee and sugar bowl so I remember to take it every morning ❤️

Well, that’s my story. I hope that it works for someone else the way it has helped me. My energy is better, I sleep better, my legs feel stronger and my cholesterol has even improved! ☺️

Karen changed my life!!

I have been appreciating the positive health benefits of Karen for several years!! After hearing about this wonderful product I decided to give it a try, on the seventh day of taking Karen powder as directed , my life changed.

My Energy levels changed drastically! I went from no energy-work ,to the couch, make supper, back to the couch then to bed then to Start all over the next day! On the seventh day of giving Karen a try it all changed. I was up cleaning – I went and purchased a new vacuumed which I put in 5 hours all the while singing and dancing!

My energy took a complete turn around and honestly I have not stopped Karen for any long periods. I did give it up for a short time to see if it was a placebo effect, lol. I have been taking Karen Marine Phytoplankton since July 2017. I walked with a cane and was in daily chronic pain from a herniated disc in my back. I was tired all the time and not functioning well.

I started on one tablet daily and early July my blood inflammation was 4 times normal and by the beginning of August was 0. My Dr told me to keep on taking it astounded by the results.

By late summer I no longer needed the cane and was able to start daily walks working up slowly. I then started on 2 tablets daily and by February was completely weaned off all pain medications. February 2018 brought a huge milestone as I did two 5 km walks to raise money for the homeless and both without pain.

This product has given me my life back and I am so thankful for it each and every day. I wake up looking forward to what I can accomplish and after years of chronic pain and fatigue I feel the best I ever have.

“I started taking the Karen powder over 2 years ago, it was hard to find at first locally but managed to get some with the help of one of your staff directing me to a store location here in Hamilton, Ontario.

I have been a fan of Karen Phytoplankton since I first tried it around 3 years ago. The customer service is the best around-they actually answer the phone and emails, and are ready to help. !! A rarity.

The product is excellent-I trust that its a reputable company . I use it as a super-food, and know that it offers superior nutrition in the green foods.

I have noticed that it helps with age long depression, and has contributed to less frequent ,and less severe migraines. Somehow it balances my system out. I also find that I have fairly even energy levels since I’ve started.

I would recommend it highly.

What does Karen Phytoplankton do? The box doesn’t say, so I read many reviews. Several people mentioned more energy and they no longer needed a nap. That is what pushed me to try it. Usually I’d come home from work, sit down and immediately fall asleep. I still had to make dinner and get kids to sports. I was a tired and miserable zombie.

I started taking one Karen Phytoplankton tablet once a day. Almost immediately I was finding myself staying awake until bedtime….but it gets better! I was using Karen for 3 weeks when my friend complained about how bad her Spring allergies were. At that point I didn’t even realize that Spring had sprung! My face should have been an embarrassing, peeling, swollen mess. Every spring and months following, I would always turn down shopping, a movie or a dinner out. I couldn’t to go out to face the public until July. Being at work where clients would see me was torture. I tried my best to hide from people.
